Request for service appointments should be submitted via email to

hello@jarro.ie or alternatively message us using the chat box please include all the project details as much as possible including time & Date.

We will reply to you within a few hours to verify date, time and address of the property. Once both parties have acknowledged the time and date of the appointment, the appointment is therefore considered booked.

 

At the Shoot

It is The Client’s responsibility to have an authorized representative to facilitate the access to the property also to approve the Photographer’s Interpretation of the project. If the authorized representative is absent at the agreed time and location, the photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer will make any necessary effort to remove stray objects in the interiors. But please note that the photographer will not make the bed or arrange any furniture and clean the floor. We expect agents/Home owners have already completed the staging and cleaning of the property prior to the shoot. Please note that All properties will be shot “As Is”. Your suggestive input is very important when choosing the rooms and angles to shoot. If there is no suggestive input the photographer will use the skill, knowledge and judgement & experience to decide the best process of the visual media creation.

After the shoot

Once all the raw images and video clips have been captured. The photographer or editor will then begin post processing all files. All images and clips will be process to the highest level. Deliverables ready to be download by midnight or next day early morning the latest. All the photographs will meet a minimum resolution of 2500 pixels usable for web and print use. Videos will be exported with a minimum of 1920 x 1080 Pixels resolution.

Rights and Usage

 

The client may use all photographs, video clips & graphic designs produce by the US for the purpose of marketing campaign associated with the property & the clients self promotion. We will also allow use of the photographs, video clips & graphic designs by the client’s representing Estate Agent or parent company for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. The ownership of the photographs, clips & graphic designs will remain with the photographer, and license is granted to the client and the client’s parent company. Please do not allow usage by any third party. Any usage of the photographs, video clips & graphic designs by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

 

Payment

An invoice is supplied after every appointment. Payment is accepted via stripe or bank transfer.
